How long does it take to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped on a weekly basis. we typically take 1-7 days for handling and processing your orders. the typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10-30 business days. depending on your location you might be receiving your orders earlier. Please allow extra time for postal delays that are out of our control. If your package has exceeded this time frame and has not arrived please email us at tb.castawayclothing@gmail.com so we can get it resolved.
What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
Each order will be sent through our shipping provider (Canada post), once your order has started its shipping route it is out of our control. for some instances there are shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, customs and other factors that may delay your purchase. please allow time for such occurrences. Are there any hidden custom or import fees?
Our products are being sent out from Canada which means depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you have received your order. import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order has arrived to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. Extended delays:
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. if this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help resolve any situation that we have control over.
